We collect the details you choose to give us when you enquire through our website forms, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, WhatsApp, a phone call or an email. That can include:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• your property type and community
• your project details, budget range and preferred timeline

We also collect basic information about how you use this website. Cookies and analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, tell us which pages you visit, how you arrived here, what device and browser you use, and whether an ad guided you to us. This data identifies a browser or device, not you personally.

We use your information to:

• respond to you about your enquiry
• arrange site visits and consultations
• prepare quotes and proposals
• deliver our services to you
• improve the content, speed and usability of our website
• measure how well our advertising performs, so we can spend it sensibly

We do not use your details for automated decision making or profiling.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, given when you submit a form or agree to be contacted, and on our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry and running our business. Our handling of personal data follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and its executive regulations.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent they need to:

• our customer relationship system (Zoho), which stores enquiries and project records
• our website hosting and analytics providers
• advertising platforms such as Meta, so we can measure campaigns and reach people who have already shown interest

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example by a court or a regulator. We do not share your data for anyone else's marketing.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to answer you, deliver your project, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties that apply to us. Once those purposes end, the data is deleted or permanently anonymised. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a shorter period.

You can ask us at any time to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy
• correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete
• delete your data where we have no legal reason to keep it
• withdraw consent to marketing contact, so we stop contacting you for that purpose
• object to, or ask us to limit, the way we process your data

To make a request, email info@habibyarinterior.com. We will reply, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose your data to someone else. You also have the right to complain to the competent UAE data protection authority.
